Full Board Orders
If the goods have not yet been picked, we will arrange the refund straight away although it may take up to 10 days to be processed.
Cut to Size Orders
If your order has already been cut then it will be too late to cancel the order. Please contact us to check the status.
Damaged or Faulty Goods Policy
If your order arrives damage, please contact us within 7 days with a description of the fault, and photographic evidence. We can begin processing a replacement order as soon as possible.
